  • Must have worked in a scaled agile SAFe environment < if they can't tell you the difference between SAFe and Traditional Agile, don’t send. If they think SAFe and Traditional Agile are the same, DO NOT SEND. 
    • If they have a SAFe Cert that would be ideal 
  • Full stack Java with Angular front end, but, can be heavier backend with some angular if necessary
  • Amazon Q (nice to have)
  • Gitlab experience required
  • GraphQL < new requirement 
  • Senior or Lead experience – just needs to experience leading Jr devs
  • Should also have exp with AWS, Kafka, and Postgres
