To support our continued growth, we are looking for the most exceptional finance professionals to join our North America Stores Financial Planning & Analysis team. Our team provides strategic support to NA Stores CFO, CEO and senior leadership on planning, analysis, and reporting

As the central place the company looks to for an understanding of financial performance, we play a major role in driving business decisions.
In this role, you will play a key role in processes essential to the heartbeat of Amazon Stores Finance, including month-end-close, quarter-end-close, topline reporting, and developing best practices for FP&A which have impact across the company. This role works closely with the WW Stores, Insights, Planning, Analytics, Technology (IPAT) and the business finance teams. The Senior Financial Analyst drives key projects and will be a key business partner to the business finance teams, Finance Operations, Accounting, and Tax

We are looking for an experienced finance professional who is adaptable, capable of exercising high judgment, making informed decisions and insists on the highest standards.
Key job responsibilities
Key resource in month-end, quarter-end reporting for NA Stores. Specifically, this role is responsible for creating the NA Stores MEC and Plan documents, consolidating and analyzing submissions received by finance teams across Amazon, and assisting with the creation of the final meeting documents that will be shared with Amazon Stores most senior leaders. The Senior Financial Analyst will dive deep to gain a comprehensive understanding of the drivers of month-end results and deliver insightful analyses and narratives to Amazon's executive team members.
Own and prepare quarterly Outlook for NA Stores.
Leverage Cognos/TM1, Apliqo, and other corporate financial systems to support deep dive analysis and results summarization in response to CFO/CEO needs.
Engage with business finance teams to support understanding and timeliness of financial deliverables.
Obsess over leveraging AI to drive efficiencies in our processes.
Partner with the business and other Corporate FP&A teams to create workback calendars that support key meeting dates and ensure adequate review and preparation time.
