Job description

Electrical Panel Builder – Conveyor / Automation Projects

Coast2Coast Staffing Inc. | Nationwide Projects / Shop-Based Roles Available

$20–$25/hr + OT | Steady Work | High-Profile Projects

If you can read prints, wire clean panels, and don’t need babysitting, we have consistent work building control panels for conveyor systems, distribution centers, and automation installs across the U.S.

We’re not a “sit around the shop” company — this is real project work tied to active installs (Amazon-type facilities, large-scale distribution, etc.).

What You’ll Be Doing

· Build and wire industrial control panels from schematics· Install components: PLCs, relays, breakers, VFDs, terminal blocks

· Perform point-to-point wiring (clean, labeled, to spec)

· Read and work off electrical prints + BOMs without hand-holding

· Test panels (continuity, basic function) before deployment

· Troubleshoot and fix wiring issues quickly

What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiables)

· 2+ years hands-on panel building experience

· Can read schematics without guessing

· Clean wiring habits (this matters — clients inspect our work)

· Shows up, works full shifts, and hits deadlines

Bonus Points (Gets You Top Pay / First Call)

· PLC wiring (Allen-Bradley, Siemens)

· UL508A experience

· Experience supporting field installs or startups
