Job description

Delivery Driver

We are an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), delivering Amazon packages. We operate from an Amazon warehouse located in Sewickley, PA. This is a non-CDL Delivery Driver position with First Line Logistics LLC. We are seeking reliable Delivery Drivers to join our team. The Delivery Drivers will be responsible for transporting and delivering Amazon packages from one place to another in a safe and timely manner. Successful delivery drivers enjoy being outdoors and on the road. They put safety first and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.

We provide a company delivery van, delivery device, uniforms, and all necessary equipment to perform the job.

  • $21.75 per hour starting pay
  • 4-5 day work week, approximately 9-10 hours per day (typical full-time schedule)

Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a company-provided delivery van
  • Deliver packages safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload cargo following specific handling procedures
  • Must be able to move boxes up to 50lbs and be able to get in and out of a van multiple times throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Keep pace in a physically demanding job
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any delays
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record
  • Perform regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
  • Use a smartphone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members
  • Follow all safety protocols
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Work in all weather conditions
Qualifications
  • Must be 21+ years old
  • Valid driver's license (non-CDL)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass drug screening
  • Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
  • Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
