Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow SME/L3 to lead the design and governance of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, GRC, and Security Operations (SecOps). The SME will be responsible for delivering scalable solutions, ensuring platform best practices, and enabling process automation.
Key Responsibilities
10+ years of experience to design / implement / develop / architect
10+ various modules in Service Now
Design and implement scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, GRC, and SecOps modules.
Create and maintain Discovery Schedules and Discovery Patterns.
Configure Security Incident Response Module including event profiles.
Configure and Manage Multiple VR Sources including Guardium, Tenable, Amazon Inspector and Whitehat.
Implement GRC Module Issue Management.
Implement Event Management Including Creating and maintain Event rules, alert rules, alert correlation rules & event field Mapping.
Create Custom Widgets and pages in Portal.
Knowledge of using flow designer and creating custom actions.
Prepare solution and implement new integrations using different integration mechanisms (REST API, Connector, store app, email, etc.) Maintain instance health by monitoring and maintaining best practice guidelines.
Manage the development and admin teams by segregating the work and getting it completed on timely manner.
Prepare solution document for new requirements coming to ServiceNow platform.
Perform pre-upgrade and post-upgrade activities.
