The Site Representative serves as the primary point of contact between UGT’s OEM partners, client representatives, contractors, and project stakeholders—overseeing daily coordination, reporting, and quality assurance of OEM-managed electrical equipment and services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Operations & Representation

· Serve as the on-site representative for UGT and OEM partners, ensuring proper coordination with hyperscale data center client teams and subcontractors.

· Represent OEMs in all phases of installation, commissioning, and integration of electrical-based systems and equipment.

· Oversee field activities, ensuring that all OEM-supplied materials and components are received, stored, and installed according to specification.

· Conduct regular site walkthroughs and quality inspections to verify compliance with project requirements, standards, and timelines.

2. Project Communications & Coordination

· Act as the central point of communication for all site-related matters, coordinating between UGT’s internal teams, OEM partners, and client personnel.

· Schedule and lead regular coordination meetings with client stakeholders, engineering teams, and subcontractors.

· Maintain detailed records of meeting minutes, decisions, and action items, ensuring accountability and follow-up.

· Provide daily/weekly status updates to UGT project management and OEM leadership teams.

3. Logistics & Documentation Management

· Manage logistics for OEM equipment deliveries, including tracking, verification, and scheduling of shipments.

· Ensure all material handling, receiving, and staging align with project timelines and client site requirements.

· Coordinate installation sequencing, material staging, and storage to prevent site delays.

· Maintain accurate documentation of all field changes, RFIs, as-built updates, and issue logs.

4. Technical Oversight & Compliance

· Work closely with electrical and mechanical teams to verify installation accuracy and system readiness for commissioning.

· Ensure OEM specifications, safety standards, and quality control protocols are strictly adhered to.

· Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues that arise during installation or testing phases.

· Liaise with OEM engineering and support teams to provide real-time field insights for continuous improvement.

5. Client Relations & Reporting

· Build strong relationships with client site leadership, facilities management, and technical teams.

· Provide clear, concise communication to maintain alignment between OEM objectives and client expectations.

· Deliver professional reports summarizing progress, risks, and upcoming milestones.

· Represent UGT and OEM interests with the highest degree of professionalism, accountability, and technical credibility.

Qualifications

Required

· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred but can accept equivalent experience.

· 5+ years of experience in data center construction, electrical systems, or OEM field representation is desired- Military experience in mass logistics is desired in lieu of other experience.

· Exceptional communication, coordination, and client-facing skills.

· Experience leading cross-functional meetings and managing multiple stakeholders.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Bluebeam, and similar project management tools.

Preferred

· Experience working with OEMs (Eaton, Schneider Electric, Siemens, ABB, etc.) on large-scale data center deployments.
