Key Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day management and optimization of the Amazon Seller Central/FBA business.
  • Drive revenue growth and conversion through ASIN-level analysis, keyword strategy, listing optimization, pricing, promotions, and catalog improvements.
  • Use Seller Central, Helium 10, and internal reporting tools to identify growth opportunities, competitive trends, content gaps, and performance issues.
  • Set listing-optimization priorities and partner with the Marketplace Content Lead, Merchandising, and Creative teams on titles, bullets, images, A+ Content, keywords, and variation structures.
  • Execute Seller Central actions, including listing updates, pricing changes, catalog troubleshooting, suppression resolution, variation maintenance, and issue escalation.

  • Partner with the Retail Media team to align Amazon Ads support with organic priorities, ASIN readiness, inventory availability, and profitability goals.
  • Monitor customer-experience signals, including ratings, reviews, returns, and Voice of the Customer, and escalate recurring product, content, or operational issues.
  • Communicate performance results, risks, priorities, and recommended actions to cross-functional partners and e-commerce leadership.
  • Stay current on Seller Central changes, FBA requirements, Amazon policies and fees, marketplace trends, and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of e-commerce or marketplace experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central/FBA experience.
  • Proven ability to grow Amazon revenue through listing optimization, keyword strategy, catalog execution, pricing, promotions, and conversion improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of Seller Central, FBA operations, catalog management, account health, inventory health, pricing, promotions, and channel profitability.
  • Experience with FBA forecasting, replenishment, inbound planning, in-stock management, excess inventory, and aged inventory.
  • Experience using Helium 10 or a comparable Amazon research and optimization platform.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot Seller Central issues and drive cross-functional resolution.
