We're on a journey to build advertising products that help advertisers reach their desired audiences and also delight customers of Whole Foods Market and Amazon Fresh by serving them relevant ads. We're looking for a talented Senior SDE to continue to grow our business delivering innovative ad experiences to advertisers and grocery shoppers.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop technical roadmap, strategy, and facilitate the technical architecture between multiple complex systems.
- Raise the technical and operational bar in your team by identifying opportunities to implement or improve mechanism and implement systemic solutions to recurring issues and improving engineering best practices.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical risks and issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic or technical goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to deliver the best experience for our customers
- As a technical leader, support the professional growth and career development of your team
About the team
This role is in the Omnichannel Grocery Ads (OGA) team team in the Amazon Publisher Monetization (APM) organization. Our vision is to create innovative ad experiences for customers in Amazon Fresh Stores, Whole Foods Market and grocery partners WW, both in-store and online - helping them discover new products and quickly find ones that they already love


This team is focused on Sponsored Ads for online grocery shoppers, so leans heavily on tech owned by other teams. You will rely on and develop Earn Trust, Learn and Be Curious, and Dive Deep in partnering with other tech teams to deliver value to our customers.
