Title: Class A CDL Driver Solo 5 Days Out 

Compensation: 25.00/hour plus performance incentives, averaging XX per year.

Weekly Schedule: Consistent, predictable and flexible scheduling with opportunities to pick up additional loads.

What youll do: 

  1. Haul Amazon loads (primarily drop and hook loads) using state-of-the-art Amazon-branded equipment and technology, including brand new sleeper cabs
  2. Full-time is typically 60 hours per week with opportunities for additional shifts and overtime
  3. Play an important and respected role in keeping Amazons commitment to exceed customer expectations and deliver packages on time and at the right place

CDL Driver Requirements:

  1. Must be at least 21 years old, for insurance purposes
  2. Have a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
  3. Out 5 days; Home time 48hours
  4. Must successfully pass a DOT physical
  5. Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to communicate with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records
  6. No current CDL suspension or revocation
  7. Clean Motor Vehicle Record
  8. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
  9. Must be able to use handheld technology and smartphone applications such as GPS/Navigation/Electronic Log Devices
  10. Must be willing to drive in winter conditions 


You will not be employed by Amazon. Instead, you will work directly for a local transportation company that partners with Amazon.
