Job description

Storm Reply is an AWS Premier Consulting Partner and the specialist for professional cloud computing services in the Reply network. Through consolidated expertise and many years of experience in the creation and management of Data and Analytics solutions, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and Platform as a Service (PaaS), Storm Reply supports global clients in the implementation of cloud-based systems and applications. Our goal is to use AWS to create added value for mid-sized and large companies and to help them exploit the full potential of the cloud.

As an Amazon Connect Lead / Senior Delivery Consultant, you will collaborate with Storm Reply resources and clients to derive, develop and deliver business and technology solutions and service offerings using the latest AWS CX-oriented technology. You will collaborate with project and program managers, providing them with the necessary support and tools to ensure successful project execution in alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations.  You will deliver industry-leading work.  

Responsibilities
-Design, develop and deliver business and technology solutions using Amazon Web Services products, services and platform offerings
-Collaborate with clients to determine how to best resolve client business and technology challenges
-Use Storm, Reply and industry best practices to deliver client solutions effectively and in a quality-focused manner
-Engage AWS partner resources where necessary and applicable to demonstrate capabilities of AWS platforms, products and services in client pursuits, AWS industry events and client engagements
-Participate in the Storm Reply business development activities including but not limited to, client meetings, solution development, proposal / Statement-of-Work writing, client and project management as necessary to meet Storm Reply, AWS and Client business objectives
-Maintain AWS certification in one or more areas as a certified AWS Solution Architect or similar (as provided by AWS Certification and Training)
-Maintain working up-to-date knowledge of AWS products and services available to customers and their general uses
-Work independently and in client-facing roles as needed to support Storm Reply and client businesses
Minimum Requirements
-Current AWS Certification as Solution Architect - Associate or similar
-Three (3) years up to and including current hands-on experience implementing AWS-based solutions in client environments
-Demonstrated Amazon Connect solution design and engineering expertise
-Demonstrated DevSecOps experience on AWS with AWS and/or industry-standard tools including AWS CloudFormation and AWS Lambda
-Demonstrated work in Agile™ development environments, working knowledge of Scrum™, Agile™ ceremonies, planning activities and project cadence
Preferred Qualifications
-AWS Solution Architect Professional Certification
-Experience with AWS Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF), AWS Well-Architected Program, AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP), other AWS partner programs
-Demonstrated experience in delivered client projects in one or more AWS platforms such as but not necessarily limited to: Amazon Connect, AWS Location Services, AWS Braket, Amazon Sagemaker, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q/Quick, Amazon Lightsail, Amazon Pinpoint, Amazon Supply Chain, AWS Outposts, AWS IoT, AWS CloudFormation, AWS EKS, AWS Elemental/Media Services, Amazon API Gateway, AWS Managed Blockchain, Amazon RedShift, Amazon Amplify, Amazon Code Development tools
-Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Digital Technology or related field
-Consulting industry experience
-Industry-specific experience in one ore more of the following industries: manufacturing, automotive, financial services, healthcare, retail/consumer package goods, power and utilities, education and/or public sector

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $150,000 - $175,000 (may go higher) plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
