You will lead, coordinate, and review the work of Transmission and Distribution Studies Engineers, engineering interns, and external partners supporting planning‑related efforts. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining a ten‑year transmission plan; preparing supporting documentation for future transmission projects through the annual capital budgeting process; and representing Otter Tail Power in regional transmission planning studies and stakeholder groups.

You will serve as a central point of contact for MISO and SPP transmission studies, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required data requests and compliance with applicable NERC Planning Standards.
