An Amazon Driver Trainer is responsible for coaching and training delivery drivers to ensure they follow safety protocols, delivery procedures, and company standards. They conduct classroom and on-road training, provide feedback, and assess driver performance. Trainers play a key role in improving efficiency, reducing accidents, and maintaining compliance with Amazon's policies.
