Job Description

TNM Solutions LLC is hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Dispatcher to support daily delivery operations for our Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) in Rockford, IL.

This is a hands-on operations role responsible for coordinating drivers, ensuring smooth dispatch, and maintaining high performance across all delivery routes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor drivers’ delivery progress and safe driving practices
  • Set roster and schedule drivers based on route count
  • Assist with morning load-out and dispatch operations
  • Ensure all vans are loaded correctly, safely, and all routes are fully covered
  • Support distribution of vans and asset bags
  • Train and onboard new drivers
  • Open and close daily operations
  • Inspect vans for damage and report issues
  • Monitor driver progress, attendance, and hours
  • Communicate with drivers and leadership to resolve issues in real time
  • Perform additional operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Amazon DSP dispatching experience (required)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to influence and manage a team effectively
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Experience coaching and developing staff

Requirements

  • Must be able to work on-site in Rockford, IL
  • Availability for early mornings, weekends, and full shifts
