Nevada’s trusted commercial and HOA residential roofing experts, is seeking an energetic and self-motivated Service Division Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in bidding, installation oversight, and project management across both commercial and residential roofing environments.

Position Overview

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Roofing Service Division Manager. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and confidence communicating with customers both by phone and in person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and grow the Service Division
  • Manage reroof projects from initiation through completion
  • Schedule repairs and coordinate with customers and Service Technicians
  • Manage multiple projects and field technicians simultaneously
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, reports, and related documentation to customers
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions with customers, employees, and the public
  • Participate in company safety meetings and ensure compliance with all safety standards
  • Attend regular production meetings with foremen and management team members

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and client relationship skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented
  • Extensive knowledge of roofing systems, including but not limited to TPO, PVC, coating restoration systems, asphalt shingles, roof tile, and leak detection/inspection
  • Experience estimating and bidding roofing projects using electronic estimating software
  • Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and ability to identify and correct unsafe conditions
  • Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and job costing effectively
  • Proven leadership and management skills, including scheduling and workflow coordination (including weather impacts)
  • Excellent communication skills with general contractors, property owners, and property managers
  • Strong organizational and computer/data entry skills
  • English fluency required; bilingual skills are a plus
  • OSHA 30 Construction Certification
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable and insurable driving record
