Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for collaborating on comprehensive social media marketing campaigns across the Latin American region for Prime Video titles including movies and series, managing and supervising multiple marketing agencies in different countries to develop engaging social marketing content. Draft strategic marketing briefs for brand and title campaigns to effectively guide agency partners, supervising content development and providing feedback, approval, and strategic decision-making for Prime Video's social media channels including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Twitch, and other platforms. Create, analyze, and deliver detailed social media campaigns and performance reports for launches in the region in both Spanish and English to facilitate communication with internal and external teams for strategic business decisions and process optimization. Exercise sound judgment in allocating business marketing budgets across multiple projects and campaigns, spearheading the development of editorial and innovative social media projects specifically for the Latin America region, and conduct regular weekly meetings with brand partners, internal team members, and studio showrunners to ensure alignment and successful campaign execution.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have three years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) generating and executing social media campaigns across digital platforms; (2) experience using data and metrics to guide improvements to social media strategy, and communicating results with cross-functional teams; (3) experience with content production tools, including Photoshop and Premiere; and (4) experience working with social media influencers in Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru.
