They will bridge the gap between development teams and IT operations, ensuring seamless integration between on-premises data centers and our public cloud footprint (AWS/Azure/GCP). Job Responsibilities: As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for: Design and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines that deploy consistently across local servers and cloud environments.

Use DevOps tools to ensure our local hardware and cloud environments are treated as code. Manage and monitor the networking and data synchronization between on-prem storage and cloud-native services. Leverage site-reliability best practices to ensure continuous service delivery and high-availability across hybrid environments.

Embed security scanning and compliance checks directly into the development lifecycle. Demonstrated commitment to automation, consistently identifying opportunities to replace manual workflows with scalable, programmatic solutions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between engineering complexities and business objectives.

Maintains composure and provides clear leadership during high-pressure system outages or production incidents. Required Qualifications: Have an active Secret Government security clearance that requires U.S. citizenship Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field is required.

AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert highly desired. Ability to obtain a Security+ certification within 6 months of hire. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
