Throughout the day, you'll interact with customers, scan packages for tracking purposes, and sometimes lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Workdays can be fast-paced and physically active, often requiring problem-solving in response to traffic or delivery challenges. You’ll spend much of your time independently on the road, but may also collaborate with dispatchers and team leads for troubleshooting or route updates.
