As an Amazon Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that packages are accurately sorted, safely loaded, and efficiently delivered to customers. Work Conditions & Expectations:

  • Work Hours: Shifts start at 9:30 AM and last approximately 10.5 hours, with two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute break.
  • Daily Deliveries: Deliver 300-450 packages to 200+ locations per shift.
  • Route Adherence: Follow designated routes and delivery schedules with precision.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily vehicle inspections and report issues.

  • Route Management: Following GPS navigation and adhering to delivery schedules.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhering to traffic laws, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and reporting any issues or accidents.
  • Package Handling: Lifting and carrying packages up to 50 lbs, climbing stairs, and moving quickly to complete deliveries on time.
  • Technology Use: Operating company-provided smartphones and delivery applications for navigation, communication, and reporting.
  • Reporting & Troubleshooting: Notifying dispatch of any delivery issues, missing packages, or safety concerns.
Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (subject to review).
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and a 7-year background check.
  • Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting packages throughout a 10-hour shift.
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, etc.).
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.
  • Must follow all safety guidelines and attend required training.
  • Prior delivery experience is preferred but not required.
