Responsibilities
  • Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered accurately, maintaining flawless records.
  • Perform general warehouse duties facilitating the flow of goods efficiently.
  • Assist site management in aligning with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, completing required documentation and records.
  • Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold by liaising with other departments, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Pick and pack goods ready for dispatch with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Adhere to Ferguson Enterprises' compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance, contributing to the team's success.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and determination.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a warehouse environment or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully implement processes and procedures.
  • Ability to strictly adhere to compliance and safety regulations.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments.
