A day in the life
Your day might begin with a virtual training session on compliance updates or safety protocols. You could then transition to hands-on yard training, demonstrating proper equipment operation and safety practices. In the afternoon, you might conduct over-the-road training, working one-on-one with associates to develop their driving skills

During peak periods, you'll flex between training delivery and supporting critical yard operations. Throughout the day, you'll document training completion, provide coaching, and ensure all activities comply with DOT regulations.
About the team

Our team collaborates with cross-organizational stakeholder groups to deliver high-quality, timely training that drives operational success and maintains safety excellence
