Delivery Associate

Toro Apex Logistics LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) operating out of the DAV5 delivery station in Redding, CA. We are a locally owned and operated logistics company built on a culture of safety, reliability, and teamwork. We provide all the equipment, training, and support you need to succeed on the road. If you are an energetic, reliable individual who loves staying active and working independently, we want you on our team!

As a Delivery Associate with Toro Apex Logistics, you will be the face of our company, delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day. You will drive a safe, comfortable van, using the latest routing technology to deliver packages to homes, retail locations, and businesses.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive a delivery van safely through varying weather and traffic conditions.
  • Navigate routes using state-of-the-art handheld technology.
  • Deliver 200+ packages per day, ranging from small envelopes to boxes up to 50 lbs.
  • Load and unload packages seamlessly while keeping your vehicle organized.
  • Provide exceptional, professional customer service.
  • Work 3-4 days per week, in shifts that generally last 8-10 hours.

What You Need:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must have a valid California driver's license (Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is not required).
  • Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to easily get in and out of the van, with or without reasonable accommodation (this is a highly physical, fast-paced job).
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality.
