Job Summary
M&H Appliance Inc. is seeking a dependable and hard working Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse and field operations. This position is responsible for receiving and processing incoming materials, organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse equipment and assets.
The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, productive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, process, and organize incoming materials and inventory
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and related documentation
  • Organize warehouse materials, products, equipment, and supplies
  • Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records
  • Clean, inspect, and perform minor maintenance on warehouse and field assets
  • Load, unload, and move materials safely
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
  • Work efficiently while meeting productivity and quality expectations
  • Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work for an eight-hour shift
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Valid driver's license
  • Forklift experience or certification is preferred but not required
