Compensation: $21.50/hour

Schedule:

• Full-time Delivery Associates typically work 3–4 days per week
• Up to 10-hour shifts are typical
• LIFT 21X operates 7 days per week
• Team members must be available to work at least one weekend day — Saturday or Sunday
• Consistent schedules are provided whenever possible
• Rest and meal periods are provided in accordance with company policy and applicable law

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle and complete required vehicle safety inspections
• Follow applicable traffic laws, driving regulations, safety requirements, and company policies
• Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Remain professional, safety-focused, and customer-oriented throughout the workday, including when conditions change or challenges arise
• Work independently while maintaining communication with the LIFT 21X support team
• Use a company-provided mobile device for navigation, package scanning, delivery documentation, and communication
• Load, organize, deliver, and unload packages throughout the workday
• Frequently enter and exit the delivery vehicle throughout your route
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Walk, climb stairs, bend, reach, and perform other physical activities associated with package delivery
• Maintain an appropriate pace to safely complete assigned delivery routes
• Assist other Delivery Associates when needed, including completing rescue assignments as directed
• Participate in required safety meetings, training, and daily team stand-ups

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Successful Delivery Associates are expected to:

• Accept coaching, communicate effectively, and be willing to continuously improve
• Be comfortable working independently while staying connected with the LIFT 21X support team
• Be comfortable using a smartphone, mobile applications, GPS, and navigation technology
• Be comfortable operating delivery vehicles and navigating a variety of delivery environments

Minimum Requirements:

To be considered for this position, applicants must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a valid driver's license and meet applicable driving-record requirements
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be available to work at least one weekend day — Saturday or Sunday
• Be able and willing to work a full scheduled shift of up to 10 hours; partial shifts are not available
• Be able to safely lift, carry, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Be able to frequently walk, stand, climb stairs, squat, bend, reach, and twist throughout the workday
• Be able to frequently enter and exit a delivery vehicle throughout the route — potentially 200+ times per day
• Be able to work outdoors in varying weather and seasonal conditions
• Successfully complete all pre-employment requirements applicable to the position, including required background screening and drug testing

Physical Requirements:

This is an active, physically demanding position. Delivery Associates should be prepared to:

• Frequently enter and exit a delivery vehicle throughout the workday
• Walk and stand for extended periods while completing deliveries
• Walk on a variety of surfaces and navigate stairs, driveways, sidewalks, and delivery locations
• Bend, reach, squat, twist, and move repeatedly throughout the shift
• Lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Load, organize, and unload packages
• Perform delivery duties outdoors in varying weather conditions

No Delivery Experience? No Problem.

Previous delivery experience is not required. We provide paid training and are looking for people who are dependable, safety-focused, coachable, and ready to learn.
