With operations in Dallas, TX; Rancho Cucamonga, CA; Chicago, IL and Columbus, OH we're able to offer our clients a wide array of 3rd party logistics services from coast to coast.

We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated and meticulous Customer Service Rep (CSR) to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga. Our CSR's serve as the primary point of contact between our 3PL warehouse operations and our customers. If you are a hardworking individual who can work within a team atmosphere while also working independently, then we are interested in you. 


Key responsibilities & duties

Manage orders through internal WMS and customer portals

Serve as the main contact for assigned accounts

Route orders within ship window and INDC dates

Create and validate BOL's, ASN's, labels and routing instructions

Schedule appointments with LTL and TL carriers

Print and sort UCC 128 labels for warehouse

Manage daily open order report

Close end of day orders - send 945 ASN report

Communicate closely with vendor

Work closely with warehouse supervisors to ensure operational execution

Support inventory inquiries and adjustments

Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously

Allocate orders in WMS

Requirements

Job Requirements

Experience with routing portals - Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kohl's, TJX, etc.

Detail-orientated

Experience with managing Open Order Report

Reliability and dependability

Communicate effectively in English both written and verbally, Spanish is a bonus

Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Knowledge of shipping UPS, Fedex and small parcel 

Complete understanding of WMS systems - EDI transactions (940, 943, 944, 945, etc)


Key Accountabilities

High school diploma or GED certificate 

Knowledge of label creation and BOL's

General office procedures - scanning, copying files, faxing, calls

Proficient with Google sheets and Microsoft

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

General understanding of warehouse flow

Experience in handling high-volume retail accounts

Strong attention to detail

Understanding of retail compliance (routing guides, labeling, appointments) 

No disqualifying criminal history.

Must have a minimum of 3 years CSR experience
