Job description

Title:  Customer Service Representative

 

Job Summary  We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for a one-year temporary position in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This position assists customers with blueprint submittals for building projects and requires strong customer service and data entry skills.

Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
 Pay: $20.00 per hour
 Location: Downtown Phoenix, AZ 85003
 Parking: Garage parking; temporary employee is responsible for parking costs
 Type: Temporary
 Start Date: Immediately upon successful completion of background check
 Duration: One year
 Benefits: Available after eligibility requirements are met

Duties

  • Assist customers at the counter with submitting blueprints for building projects
  • Review and record information from submitted blueprints
  • Enter blueprint and project information accurately into a database
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service in a busy environment
