How much do amazon contractor jobs pay per hour?
What is a typical work structure or schedule for an Amazon Contractor?
As an Amazon Contractor, your work structure and schedule can vary depending on the specific contract role—such as delivery driving, warehouse operations, or technical services. Many contractor positions involve shift-based, part-time, or flexible hours, allowing you to set your availability or take on more assignments during peak seasons. Delivery contractors often work early mornings, evenings, or weekends to meet high consumer demand, while warehouse or technical contractors might work regular business hours or on call. It's common to work independently, but you will frequently interact with Amazon managers, team leaders, or other contractors to ensure smooth operations. This flexible setup allows for work-life balance while maintaining the fast-paced nature of Amazon's fulfillment and service standards.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Amazon Contractor position, and why are they important?
To excel as an Amazon Contractor, you generally need a strong understanding of logistics or ecommerce operations, attention to detail, and relevant work experience or credentials depending on the contract type (such as delivery, warehousing, or IT services). Familiarity with Amazon's proprietary systems, inventory management software, or delivery technology platforms is often required, and certain roles may need specific certifications like a valid driver's license or commercial vehicle certification. Excellent time management, reliability, and strong communication skills help you meet deadlines and work productively with Amazon teams. These abilities ensure you deliver high-quality service, adapt to evolving demands, and uphold Amazon’s standards for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What is an Amazon Contractor job?
An Amazon Contractor is an independent worker or a company hired by Amazon to perform specific tasks or services. These roles can vary widely, including delivery drivers, warehouse support, customer service, or technical services. Unlike full-time employees, contractors typically do not receive Amazon benefits and work under a contract with specified terms. Pay, job responsibilities, and contract length depend on the position and agreement.

Job description
- Employment Type: Full-Time Contractor
- Workplace: Remote
At HireHawk, we believe in building strong, long-term partnerships with our clients by delivering exceptional service and results. We work with global companies and top-tier talent, helping them scale through high-quality recruiting and operational excellence.
You'll act as the creative owner of the brand: translating the founder's vision into work that is consistent, high quality, and performance-aware across packaging, digital assets, and marketing materials. This is a builder role, not a "receive tasks and execute" role-you'll set direction, create structure, and lead a team while staying hands-on when it matters.
You'll also bring a strong production mindset: understanding what's feasible, how to prep files correctly, and how to get ideas across the finish line without quality slipping.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the brand's creative direction across packaging, web, email, and paid social so it stays consistent and unmistakably "on brand"
- Translate founder vision into clear briefs, concepts, and execution plans that a creative team can deliver against
- Lead, coach, and quality-check designers and render artists, ensuring high standards and reliable output
- Build and maintain a design system (templates, guidelines, asset libraries) that improves speed without diluting brand quality
- Drive performance creative that's made to test and win on TikTok and Meta, partnering with growth to learn and iterate quickly
- Own the packaging production workflow end-to-end: print specs, file setup, proofing, revisions, and vendor handoff
- Create structure where it doesn't exist yet (intake process, prioritization, review cadences, naming/version control) so creative production scales smoothly
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and growth to align launches, messaging, and visual storytelling
- Step in hands-on for high-impact work when needed (art direction, layout, final polish, launch-critical deliverables)
- Manage external partners selectively (printers, photographers, freelancers) while keeping quality, timelines, and brand standards tight
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Proven experience owning creative direction for e-commerce/DTC brands, from concept through execution
- Hands-on experience creating Amazon listing images, A+ / Premium A+ content, and overall high-end beauty/personal care creative execution
- Strong background in digital marketing, branding, and multi-channel creative execution (paid social, site, email, product/launch assets)
- Experience leading and directing other creatives (designers, render artists, or similar), including feedback and quality control
- Hands-on understanding of production: packaging files, print specs, file formats, and real-world production constraints
- Experience with performance-driven creative for TikTok and/or Meta (you know how to build for testing, iteration, and learning)
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and building structure, priorities, and process (high ownership, not task-by-task dependency)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across marketing, product, and growth in a remote environment
Nice-to-Have:
- Prior creative direction experience in dermatology, skincare, beauty, or closely related categories
- Experience developing TikTok-native creative approaches (UGC concepts, creator briefs, hook/scroll-stopping frameworks)
- Familiarity managing or collaborating with 3D/render workflows and teams
- Experience building internal creative capability after relying on agencies (process, standards, hiring/bench building)
Benefits
- Access to a $200K+ perk marketplace with discounts on 150+ global services.
- Option to withdraw up to 50% of approved earnings before payday.
