Job description

The TES Contracts team is looking for a detail-oriented Contracts Manager to support growing and fast paced business lines in Real Estate and Construction, and provide support across the growing Pre-Construction and Construction teams. General responsibilities will include identifying and implementing process improvements, as well as reviewing, drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, evaluation agreements, support agreements, prime agreements, and design and construction agreements. The successful candidate will work efficiently and independently, manage a high volume of projects with little guidance and proactively implement mechanisms that streamline repetitive tasks. The candidate will also have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about construction and real estate, and enjoys being continually challenged.
Key job responsibilities
1. Provide and oversee the day-to-day contract administration support for standardized construction contracts, NDA's, services agreements, statements of work/work orders, proposals and other contract documentation.
2. Prepare work orders, work authorization letters, and other contract and process documentation in accordance with industry best practices and corporate risk policies, within the limits of authority delegated by management.
3. Ensure appropriate documentation is acquired and entered into corporate databases in a timely manner; conduct analyses and compile reports as required.
4. Review invoices for compliance with contract terms and conditions.
5. Assist with contract audits.
6. Processing and tracking purchase orders
7. Build and maintain relationships with internal customers and vendors.
8. Negotiate terms and conditions of and prepare nondisclosure agreements, agreements and/or contracts in accordance with industry best practices and corporate risk policies, within the limits of authority delegated by management.
9. Provide subject matter expertise to management on contracting-related issues, from pre-award through post-award administration and closeout.
10. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and contracting practices as well as Federal, state, and local law by reviewing existing and new regulations; anticipating regulations; enforcing adherence to regulations; and advising management on requirements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of project management, real estate development, architecture/design experience
- Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience giving skills and communicating complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences across different functions

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
