Title: Manager, Analytics
Location: 1 Washington Park, Newark, NJ, 07102
Duties: Leverage datasets from across the company and utilize analytics skills (including SQL, Excel, and Tableau) to produce critical dashboards, one-off reports, and presentations. Responsible for translating data capturing customer behavior into agile, insightful analytics that are communicated clearly and effectively, and lead to optimal marketing actions and long-term strategies. Partner with stakeholders as a strategic collaborator by owning business intelligence analyses end-to-end, providing stakeholders with timely, relevant insights, scenarios and recommendations, and democratizing results via internal intelligence platforms for long-term use. Produce tangible, actionable insights and work with senior marketing leaders to guide the marketing roadmap and business strategy. Build dashboards and scorecards that enable leaders to understand and act upon data to create and iterate on various marketing tactics. Manage a portfolio of highly consumable competitive intelligence assets (e.g., dashboards, papers, presentations, datasets) that can be used strategically across stakeholder and analyst groups and find opportunities to enhance that portfolio based on stakeholder needs and feedback. Analyze A/B tests across Amazon and Audible surfaces, provide recommendations based on testing results, and deep-dive into results to develop new hypotheses for continuous testing-and-learning. Support reporting on the incremental impact of marketing tactics including major marquee promotions, launches, and ongoing campaigns. Develop Amazon-scale data pipelines using AWS. Contribute to the growth of the Audible Insights Org by sharing and developing ideas and learning from others. Position reports into Newark, NJ office; however, telecommuting from a home office is allowed.
