AWS Professional Services is revolutionizing how we create value for customers. As Principal Consultant, Agentic Delivery Acceleration, you'll pioneer the transformation of how we sell and deliver engagements by leveraging AI to accelerate adoption, reduce risk, and enhance experiences.
Within the Agentic Delivery Acceleration ProServe Team (ADAPT), you will lead strategic initiatives that define how ProServe operates at scale-standing up new programs, rapidly prototyping AI-powered solutions, and driving global adoption. You will play a critical role in translating complex cross-organizational challenges into scalable frameworks and agentic automation-enabling teams across Professional Services to work smarter and faster through the power of agentic AI.

Key job responsibilities
• Own and drive one or more strategic delivery initiatives from inception through scaled adoption globally
• Define initiative vision, success metrics, and roadmaps using working backwards (PRFAQ/narrative) methodology
• Rapidly prototype solutions using AIDLC (AI Development Lifecycle)-ship working prototypes in 45 day sprints
• Transition prototype and beta solutions to General Availability (GA) via ProServe agents for long-term scale and maintenance
• Build partnerships across AWS to align transformation with organizational priorities
• Influence Director- and VP-level stakeholders without formal authority to secure resources and drive adoption
• Measure initiative impact through portfolio-level business outcomes (adoption rates, cycle time reduction, margin improvement)
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven analysis and feedback loops
• Influence strategic direction of global delivery capabilities and methodologies

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field
- 10+ years of IT and/or Management Consulting experience
- 3+ years of cloud computing experience
- 8+ years of spearheading strategic cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable financial results and advance organizational objectives experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master of Business Administration or Master's degree in Computer Science
- Experience with AI/ML technologies

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
