Amazon is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with our Amazon Robotics (AR) team within Worldwide Operations. This role is responsible for providing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) support and leading special projects for the Amazon Robotics organization.
The Finance Manager for Amazon Robotics will collaborate on FP&A activities and strategic special projects, with a focus on business partnering, strategic decision support, business case analysis, and financial optimization. This person will partner with multiple stakeholders to provide timely analysis, insightful guidance, and financial leadership to this high-growth organization. This role works cross-functionally with various operations teams to maximize the financial return of Robotics within Amazon's fulfillment network.

- Analyze performance and communicate impact to our partner teams
- Lead projects to streamline processes assess financial impact of new business initiatives
- Lead special projects focused on data transformation, providing architectural guidance and serving as the technical finance expert for business partners seeking innovative solutions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 6+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
- 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
- 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Knowledge of SQL/ETL
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
