This is a W-2 position with AJR Logistics LLC. You will be employed by AJR Logistics, not Amazon


Compensation & Benefits



  • Starting Pay: $23.00-$24.00 Per hour 


  • Overtime: Paid at 1.5× your hourly rate after 40 hours worked in a 7-day workweek

What You'll Do

  • Haul 100% no-touch Amazon freight using modern Amazon equipment.

  • Work a minimum of 39 scheduled hours per week, with opportunities for additional shifts and overtime.

  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

  • Deliver freight safely, professionally, and on time.

  • Follow all DOT, FMCSA, Amazon Relay, and company safety standards.

Qualifications

  • At least 21 years old

  • Valid Class A CDL

  • Pass a DOT physical, pre-employment drug screen, and background check

  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

  • Comfortable using smartphones, GPS, and Amazon Relay technology

  • Safety-focused with a professional attitude
