We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive growth and customer outcomes within our Financial Services business. This role will lead a high-performing sales managers and their teams focused on serving banking customers.

Key job responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of sales professionals focused on Financial Services Banking accounts
Drive revenue growth and customer adoption across banking market infrastructure segments
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders at key accounts
Develop and execute territory strategies that identify whitespace opportunities and drive expansion
Partner with specialist teams to deliver tailored solutions across the trading lifecycle
Navigate complex sales cycles in organizations with conservative risk management cultures and stringent regulatory requirements
Foster collaboration across AWS teams to deliver comprehensive solutions for trading platforms, data analytics, HPC workloads, and risk management systems

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of senior leadership, or 10+ years of technology sales experience
- Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives, both business and technical
- Bachelor's degree, or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- Deep understanding of Financial Services business models, workflows, and technology requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with emerging Financial Services Industry trends
- Track record of driving measurable business outcomes for customers

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
