Job description

We are looking to hire Full time Licensed Practical Nurses to work 12 hour shifts. Every other weekend is required.
Must be motivated and a team player!
Duties/Responsibilities
Examine residents and their records to determine appropriate care.
Perform administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting.
Make written and oral reports/recommendations to the attending physician, Medical Director or the administrator.
Participate in facility surveys made by authorized government agencies.
Participate in regularly scheduled reviews of the Discharge Plans.
Be familiar with, and use as appropriate all items of personal protective equipment offered by the facility.
