What is an Amazon Associate?

Amazon Associates are members of Amazon's affiliate marketing program, which allows individuals and businesses to earn commissions by promoting Amazon products on their websites, blogs, or social media channels. When someone clicks an affiliate link and makes a purchase, the Associate earns a percentage of the sale. It's a popular way for content creators to monetize their platforms by recommending products to their audience. Joining the program is free, and members get access to a variety of linking tools and reporting features to track their earnings.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Amazon Associate, and why are they important?
