Amazon Associates are members of Amazon's affiliate marketing program, which allows individuals and businesses to earn commissions by promoting Amazon products on their websites, blogs, or social media channels. When someone clicks an affiliate link and makes a purchase, the Associate earns a percentage of the sale. It's a popular way for content creators to monetize their platforms by recommending products to their audience. Joining the program is free, and members get access to a variety of linking tools and reporting features to track their earnings.

Associates may be required to stand for extended periods, manage repetitive tasks, and collaborate with diverse team members to ensure efficient workflow. Staying organized, maintaining open communication with supervisors, and utilizing available ergonomic resources can help manage these challenges effectively. Additionally, Amazon provides training and support to help associates adapt and succeed in their roles.
