Job description


PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

 

Supports the mission, core values and customer service of Home Dialysis Services & Dialysis Care Center, LLC (HDS/DCC).

Adheres to the HDS/DCC Policies and Procedures and Compliance Program including all state and federal regulatory requirements.

 

The Administrative Assistant I is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Corporate office through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.  

 

PRIMARY DUTIES / ACTIVITIES: 
  • Booking and coordinating travel accommodations for traveling employees.
  • Responsible for credit card purchases & allocating charges to the proper entity.
  • Responsible for entering credit card charges into the Certify system and sending the monthly report to the Finance department.
  • Uploading new hires to Gaia & Ascend.
  • Creating and updating DCC Agenda for weekly facilities calls.
  • Generate reports, including but not limited to GAIA.
  • Maintaining agreement binders for all DCC & HDS entities.
  • Maintaining CLIA certificates.
  • Responsible for the coordination of the execution of the Backup Facility agreements and filing into Laserfiche
  • Uploading Laserfiche documents
  • Weekly Mortality Review report
  • Responsible for managing all IT requests and coordinating the approval process. Forwarding IT approvals to IT Manager.
  • Assisting Manager with the DCC Dashboard, including new facility checklist, CMS tracker, and MDA tracker.
  • Answering phones and routing calls appropriately.
  • Setting up meetings and sending out calendar invitations.
  • Take accurate minutes of meetings.
  • Responsible for Envi orders/ Amazon purchases and allocating the charge to the correct entity.
  • Providing general administrative support to various departments.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office
  • Maintain computer filing systems.
  • Cover the reception desk when required.
  • Other duties, as assigned
 EDUCATION:
  • Associates degree is required 
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred

 

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

 

  • Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting; experience in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word and Excel a must
  • Good presentation & communication skills
  • Must be productive & resourceful with the ability to meet deadlines
  • preferred Administrative and clerical experience in a similar capacity is required
