Job description

Over $600 billion is spent each year on digital advertising worldwide, all while the industry experiences foundational changes in terms of media advertisers want to buy, how potential customers spend time online, and how AI is used to generate better outcomes per advertising dollar.
Amazon Advertising Finance is looking for a Finance leader to join one of the fastest growing segments in the advertising industry to support our Product and Engineering org. This role will be responsible for pricing strategy, competitor analysis, and building AI-tool kits to streamline finance workflows.
This role will work hand in hand with the product team, sales team, and other finance members.
Key job responsibilities
-Analyze petabytes of data to produce insights
-Build new metrics to measure business performance
-Price our new products by triangulating product market fit and ability to sell/market
-Write and propose novel strategies to grow ad spend
-Work across the product finance team to drive new AI-powered efficiencies
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of spearheading strategic cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable financial results and advance organizational objectives experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)
- Experience with Tableau, Python, SQB, Quicksight, Cognos or or other BI packages
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA, or CPA
- Experience in a leadership position managing finance, accounting and operational processes

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
