What is an alternative nurse practitioner?

An Alternative Nurse Practitioner (ANP) is a healthcare professional who integrates holistic, natural, and complementary therapies into patient care. They often use treatments such as herbal medicine, acupuncture, mindfulness, and nutrition alongside conventional medical practices. ANPs focus on whole-body wellness, emphasizing prevention and natural healing approaches. They may work in integrative clinics, wellness centers, or private practice settings.
