Job Description Alternative Investment Operations Analyst Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite - 71 S. Wacker Drive) Duration: 6-Month Contract Industry: Financial Services | Asset Management | Alternative Investments Rate: $33/Hr Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Asset Management Operations Analyst to support a leading global financial institution's Alternative Investment Client Services and Administrator Oversight team. This role is responsible for supporting shareholder services operations for private equity and hedge fund investment products while partnering with fund administrators, portfolio managers, and internal business teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

The ideal candidate has strong operations experience within asset management, investment management, fund administration, or financial services and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee investor transactions for private equity and hedge fund investment vehicles. Ensure accurate trade reporting and transaction processing.

Review trade waivers, corrections, and operational exceptions. Coordinate investor trade settlements. Partner with fund administrators, transfer agents, and portfolio managers.

Monitor vendor relationships and service delivery. Resolve operational issues and servicing inquiries. Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Strengthen operational controls and reporting processes. Maintain investment product data and reporting accuracy. Participate in cross-functional projects and operational initiatives.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
