Job description

We are a family owned high-end men's clothing retail location. We are looking for skilled people to work in our Alterations/Tailor Shop.

The ideal fitter/tailor is motivated, results oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

-Perform and complete alterations/tailor fittings according to our guidelines and service standards

-Complete items on time

-Knowledge of fits and styles current and classic

-Educate customers and employees on proper fit in a professional and friendly manner

Qualifications:

-Have a high school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)

-Previous experience in alterations/tailoring (required)

-Understanding of safe and proper use of all equipment in the shop

-Ability to communicate clearly and interact with coworkers in a professional manner

-Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

-Basic math and written communication skills

-High level of ownership, accountability and initiative

-Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store needs
