Job description

As an Alterations Department Manager, you lead a team to provide alterations support and ensure the customer receives a final product that is customized to fit just right. Additionally, you will use your extensive knowledge to efficiently manage the operations of the alterations department.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Motivate associates to deliver outstanding garments and customer service and- train, coach and lead by example
  • Execute all duties of an alterations associate and ensure garments are completed accurately and timely
  • Develop alterations associate's skills to meet department goals
  • Assess associate performance and provide feedback to improve the quality of service and alterations
  • Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and department needs

Candidates must be professionally competent in all basic and most advanced alterations.
