This is a traveling Sales position. Some overnights required.

About Us:

Alpine Truss LLC started the business in Aug. 2012. We design, build, and sell floor and roof trusses for residential, commercial, and agricultural. We are employee owned. We started with 4 employees and now have 30 plus employees.

Alpine Truss is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Full-Time Outside Truss Sales Specialist to join our employee-owned company. Base is $42,000-$62,000 per year DOE, plus commission. Potential bonus. Join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality truss solutions to our valued clients!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of truss systems to lumberyards, contractors, and construction companies. You will manage client relationships, provide technical product advice, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in construction or building materials.

Strong understanding of truss systems and construction principles.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
