Job description

We are seeking a well-rounded customer service team member. Someone who anticipates what is needed next and will go above and beyond to deliver first class service. We would like you to be full-time, but will also consider part-time flexible schedules. We are looking for someone with insurance experiance, or office experience. Are you currently working at an insurance agency, but looking for a better culture? You should apply too.


We provide hands on training along with a team concept of constant support with five other dedicated on our service and review team. Come join us at one of our agencies in Brooklyn Park, Maple Grove or Rogers, MN

The Sniezek Group Agency is the largest Allstate Insurance agency in MN and still growing. Each agency has a small office feel, but we all work together to manage the agency as a whole.

Examples of some of your day to day activities may include based your skillset:

  • Build and maintain relationships with our customers and within the community.
  • Work with customers via phone, email, text and in person.
  • Review customer policies for proper coverage and discounts.
  • Assist sales agent team to welcome new customers
  • Assist in managing our online presence along with social media (if that is something you enjoy.)
