Job description

The Angela Warmath Allstate Agency is seeking a seasoned, experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. We are looking for a highly detail-oriented insurance professional who already understands the Allstate environment and can confidently support clients while delivering exceptional service and uncovering cross-sell opportunities.


This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate already has Allstate binding authority, agency-side service experience, and a passion for helping customers protect what matters most.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service & Policy Support
  • Process policy changes and endorsements
  • Accept and process customer payments
  • Conduct customer policy reviews
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow-through on all client requests
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while strengthening client relationships
  • Claims & Inspections Support
  • Guide clients through the claims process with empathy and professionalism
  • Explain inspection requirements and timelines to new clients
  • Follow up on inspections and outstanding underwriting items
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the customer experience
  • Sales & Cross-Selling Expectations
  • Conduct a minimum of 25+ customer policy reviews per month
  • Follow the agencys Asset 360 review conversation model
  • Identify coverage gaps and uncover cross-sell opportunities
  • Write and close a minimum of 10 VC items per month

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with Allstate
  • Current or previous Allstate binding authority required
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required
  • Agency-side customer service experience required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, hybrid, or office setting
