Join a High-Performing Local Established Allstate Agency as an Insurance Professional - Hybrid Position working days at home and in office.
 Location: Three Rivers, MI (Hybrid – In Office & Remote)
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Status: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:
As an Insurance Professional, you’ll play a key role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most.  You'll:
Generate new business and consistently achieve/exceed sales goals
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and clients to understand their insurance needs
  • Follow up on warm leads and manage your sales pipeline effectively
  • Cross-sell products to existing customers to deepen relationships
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that generates referrals and repeat business
Hybrid Work Model:
  • Through approximately February 2027: This position will be fully in-office (Monday-Friday) to support team operations, training, and collaboration
  • After successful training and based on business needs: Eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely
