A well-established, physician-led Allergy & Immunologypractice serving the northern DFW suburbs for more than 20 years is seeking aBoard-Certified/Board-Eligible Allergist/Immunologist with strong leadershipqualities to help guide a multi-clinic network spanning six locations acrossthe northern metroplex.

  • Providecomprehensive allergy, asthma, and immunology care to adult and pediatricpatients across a multi-site clinic network
  • Serveas a clinical leader and mentor for a team of Physician Assistants andNurse Practitioners
  • Helpguide clinical protocols, quality initiatives, and day-to-day operationsacross multiple sites
  • Partnerwith practice leadership to shape the strategic direction of the group asit continues to grow
  • Deliverthe kind of personalized, results-driven care that has defined thepractice's reputation in North Texas for two decades
Requirements What We're Looking For
  • MD orDO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Allergy & Immunology
  • Activeor eligible for Texas medical licensure
  • Demonstratedleadership experience or strong leadership aptitude โ€” prior medicaldirector, site lead, committee chair, or similar experience is a plus, butnot required
  • Full-scopeclinical expertise in environmental and food allergy, immunotherapy (SCITand SLIT), asthma management, and both adult and pediatric care
  • Acollaborative, mentorship-oriented approach to working with advancedpractice providers
  • Willingnessand enthusiasm to work across multiple clinic locations in the northernDFW suburbs
  • Anentrepreneurial mindset โ€” someone who wants to help build a growingpractice, not simply staff an existing schedule
