Job description

LaSante Health Center is seeking a Part-time Allergist to provide outpatient allergy and immunology care in a federally qualified health center (FQHC) setting one day/week. This role focuses on evaluating and managing allergic conditions while collaborating with primary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat allergic and immunologic conditions

  • Perform and interpret allergy testing as appropriate

  • Develop treatment plans and provide patient education

  • Collaborate with primary care providers for coordinated care

  • Document visits in the electronic health record (EHR)

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Allergy & Immunology

  • Current New York State medical license (or eligibility)

  • Outpatient experience preferred
