What You'll Do
  • Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently
  • Perform advanced diagnostic, maintenance, and repair procedures
  • Complete repairs according to manufacturer standards and dealership processes
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and leadership regarding vehicle needs and repair recommendations
  • Document all work performed accurately and thoroughly
  • Stay current on technical training, manufacturer updates, and repair procedures
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Support and mentor less experienced technicians when needed
What We're Looking For
  • Experienced automotive technician with strong diagnostic abilities
  • Proven ability to perform quality repairs efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Manufacturer certifications, inspection license, or ASE certifications are a plus
