Job description

Works outdoors in the tunnel car wash entry. Responsible for pre-treating vehicles and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides quick and pleasant customer service and satisfaction

Cooperates with all team members to provide the best possible service to all internal and external customers

Promotes the car wash and processes the sale in an effective and timely manner (if applicable)

Washes and details guest vehicles by following Rapid Wash instructions

Complies with all uniform and appearance standards

Follows all company policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook

Performs additional duties as requested by Management, especially during downtimes

Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience Required:

  • High school education or equivalent, preferred
  • Ability/willingness to work outside in inclement weather
  • Ability to pass drug test and background check
  • Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language
  • A solid employment record and previous customer service experience preferred
  • Must be able to maintain a smile and courteous disposition toward external and internal customers at all times
  • Commitment to safety of co-workers, guests, and vehicles
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
