With expertise across the entire supply chain, we provide customized logistics solutions covering customs clearance, production support, storage, and inbound/outbound transportation through multiple modes, including ocean, air, truck, and express services.

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate goods movement by optimizing delivery routes and schedules for maximum efficiency.
  • Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and quickly address any issues that arise.
  • Monitor shipments in real time and provide updates to internal teams and customers as needed.
  • Identify and resolve transportation challenges to minimize delays and disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and tracking information.
  • Ensure compliance to safety regulations, shipping standards, and company policies.
  • Continuously improve logistics processes to enhance service quality and reduce operational costs.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, or logistics coordination is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Fluency in both English and Korean is an asset.

Employment Type: Contract (1Y 6M)

Salary Range
$45,000—$52,000 CAD
